Before clicking the registration button below, please prepare your abstract document file in Microsoft Word format by using Abstract template. The presenter registration form requires you to upload the abstract file.

Please save your abstract document by following this naming convention: abstract_presenter-last-name_presenter-institution.docx, for example, if your name is Fajar Sidik, then name your file as abstract_fajarsidik_ui.docx.

If you have more than one research paper abstract to submit, please kindly add a number at the end of your abstract file name, for example, if you are Fajar Sidik and you want to submit 2 abstracts, then name your files as abstract_fajarsidik_ui_1.docx and abstract_fajarsidik_ui_2.docx, each file must be submitted separately in the different registration submissions. The link to add more response will be available after you have submitted the first abstract.

The deadline for abstract submission and registration is August 15, 2022, after that the registration form for ICCAI 2022 will be closed.

You may also upload your registration fee proof of payment/transfer in this form if you already have it prepared [OPTIONAL]. Otherwise, you can always go back to the registration form before August 15, 2022 to upload it later by clicking the EDIT RESPONSE link in the confirmation email sent by GOOGLE FORM.
