Berdasarkan data yang dirilis Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) di website resminya, sepanjang tahun 2022 tercatat ada 834 kasus tanah longsor di Indonesia. Bencana ini merupakan yang tertinggi dibandingkan puting beliung (635 kasus) dan banjir (584 kasus) dari total 2.322 kasus. Akibatnya, sebanyak 753 bangunan rusak, 735 warga terdampak, dan 7 orang meninggal dunia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melihat kondisi tersebut, Tim Peneliti dari Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Indonesia (FMIPA UI) yang terdiri atas Dr. Parluhutan Manurung (Geografi), Dr. Supriyanto (Geosains), dan Iskandar Koto, M.Sc. (Geosains), mengembangkan Landslide 2.0, yaitu Landslide Early Warning System (LEWS) untuk pemantauan tanah longsor secara online. Dengan mendeteksi perubahan jarak dan kemiringan di daerah rawan longsor, sistem peringatan dini ini menggunakan sensor laser distance yang dioperasikan secara terus-menerus dari lokasi pantau melalui transmisi data komunikasi cellular atau komunikasi Internet of Things (IoT).&nbsp;<em>Internet of Things<\/em>&nbsp;(IoT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desain, komponen, dan cara kerja Landslide 2.0 dibuat seringkas mungkin agar lebih terjangkau mengingat longsor terjadi di hampir seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Sistem peringatan ini dibuat lebih praktis agar masyarakat dari berbagai kalangan dapat mengoperasikannya. Selain itu, Landslide 2.0 dilengkapi radio untuk menjangkau daerah terpencil yang tidak memperoleh akses telekomunikasi, serta dilengkapi panel surya kecil berukuran 12 watt peak (WP) sebagai sumber energi ramah lingkungan. Dengan perawatan yang baik, alat ini dapat tetap optimal digunakan dalam kurun lima tahun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cara kerja Landslide 2.0 adalah dengan memantau perubahan jarak atau retakan sebagai indikasi pergerakan tanah melalui sensor laser rangefinder yang ditempatkan di satu sisi tiang pantau. Kerumitan perubahan ini perlu dikonfirmasi dengan pemantauan vertikalitas atau ketegakan tiang pantau. Apabila perubahan jarak yang diukur telah melampaui ambang batas, sistem akan memberikan peringatan agar user menghindari daerah rawan longsor. Hasil pemantauan juga ditransfer ke sistem cloud server untuk ditampilkan secara daring dan real time pada website.<br>Dr. Parluhutan menyebutkan bahwa pemantauan bersifat lokal di berbagai lokasi rawan longsor dapat diintegrasikan secara nasional sehingga pola pergerakan tanah di berbagai daerah dapat dianalisis secara komprehensif dan lengkap. Teknologi inovasi berbasis masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pengurangan risiko bencana longsor, terutama di permukiman masyarakat berpendapatan rendah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cInovasi dan kemandirian teknologi Landslide 2.0 diharapkan dapat diaplikasikan di berbagai lokasi rawan longsor di seluruh Indonesia. Harga yang terjangkau memungkinkan kita untuk membantu masyarakat dan pemangku kebijakan daerah dalam membangun sistem peringatan dini secara mandiri di daerah masing masing,\u201d kata Dr. Parluhutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Landslide 2.0 yang mulai dirancang pada Agustus 2020 terus dikembangkan dan ditingkatkan hingga saat ini. Alat tersebut telah diujicobakan selama enam bulan di daerah Bojong Koneng, Bogor, Jawa Barat dan terbukti cukup efektif memantau pergerakan tanah sebelum longsor serta mengirimkan peringatan dini secara real time ke masyarakat. Dengan harga yang relatif terjangkau, yaitu Rp30\u201350 juta, masyarakat dapat mengoperasikan Landslide 2.0 untuk membangun sistem peringatan dini bencana longsor secara mandiri di daerah masing-masing.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Depok, January 12, 2023.
