Sebanyak 13 mahasiswa Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Indonesia (FMIPA UI) berhasil lolos menjadi penerima beasiswa Indonesia International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) 2022, dan siap menjajaki pengalaman kuliah bersama mahasiswa asing lainnya di universitas mitra terkemuka di dunia selama satu semester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peserta telah menjalani seleksi pada bulan April 2022, dengan jadwal keberangkatan dimulai pada bulan Mei hingga September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Program IISMA merupakan salah satu bentuk dari implementasi Program Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka yang diluncurkan Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) Republik Indonesia. Program ini bertujuan memberikan hak dan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa mengembangkan kompetensi dan pengetahuan, serta memberikan pengalaman studi di perguruan tinggi luar negeri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dekan FMIPA UI Dede Djuhana, Ph.D. menyampaikan apresiasi kepada seluruh mahasiswanya tersebut. Menurutnya keberhasilan ini tidak lepas dari dukungan dan kolaborasi sivitas akademika dan juga tenaga kependidikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beliau juga menegaskan bahwa jajaran pimpinan di lingkungan FMIPA UI dari tingkat fakultas hingga program studi kerap memotivasi para mahasiswa untuk aktif berpartisipasi dalam program kegiatan pengembangan diri yang merupakan bagian dari program Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka, salah satunya adalah IISMA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPimpinan di tingkat fakultas, hingga program studi mendorong setiap mahasiwanya untuk turut terlibat dalam program beasiswa ini. Program ini adalah kesempatan yang sangat baik untuk mereka mengembangkan diri sesuai minat masing-masing dan mendapatkan pengalaman belajar yang lebih banyak dan beragam,\u201d ujar Dekan Dede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beliaupun berpesan kepada para mahasiswanya itu untuk dapat menjalankan kesempatan yang baik ini dengan penuh semangat demi mendapatkan hasil pembelajaran yang maksimal dan pengetahuan yang lebih luas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
