{"id":2642,"date":"2020-08-13T04:53:00","date_gmt":"2020-08-13T04:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/?p=2642"},"modified":"2025-08-05T04:57:19","modified_gmt":"2025-08-05T04:57:19","slug":"mipa-ui-bapeten-extend-cooperation-on-supervision-of-nuclear-energy-utilization","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/id\/mipa-ui-bapeten-extend-cooperation-on-supervision-of-nuclear-energy-utilization\/","title":{"rendered":"MIPA UI \u2013 BAPETEN Perpanjang Kerja Sama Pengawasan Pemanfaatan Tenaga Nuklir"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>FMIPA Universitas Indonesia dan Badan Pengawas Tenaga Nuklir (BAPETEN) perpanjang kerja sama dalam meningkatkan pengawasan pemanfaatan tenaga nuklir di Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kerjasama tersebut ditandai dengan acara penandatanganan Nota Kesepakatan Bersama (NKB) antara Universitas Indonesia dengan Badan Pengawas Tenaga Nuklir (BAPETEN) secara daring pada Rabu (12\/8) dari Gedung Rektorat UI Kampus Depok dan Auditorium Gedung BAPETEN di Jakarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penandatanganan NKB dilakukan secara langsung NKB dilakukan secara langsung oleh Kepala BAPETEN Prof. Dr. Jazi Eko Istiyanto, M.Sc dan Rektor UI Prof. Ari Kuncoro, S.E., M.A., Ph.D., dan disaksikan oleh para undangan, diantaranya Wakil Rektor UI Bidang Riset dan Inovasi Prof. Dr.rer.nat. Abdul Haris, M.Sc, Wakil Rektor UI Bidang SDM dan Aset Muhammad Luthfi Zuhdi, M.A., Ph.D., Kepala Badan Kerja Sama, Ventura dan Digital UI Prof. Dr. Ir. Dedi Priadi, DEA, Para Pimpinan Tinggi Madya dan Pratama di lingkungan BAPETEN, Para Dekan UI, serta Direktur Kerja Sama UI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kerja sama antara BAPETEN dan UI ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan, keamanan, dan ketenteraman pekerja, masyarakat, serta perlindungan terhadap lingkungan hidup untuk mewujudkan peningkatan efektivitas pengawasan ketenaganukliran melalui pengembangan sumber daya manusia dengan pendidikan, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rektor UI Prof. Ari Kuncoro, dalam sambutannya menuturkan, \u201cBAPETEN-UI telah bekerja sama sejak tahun 2015 dalam bidang pendidikan, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, khususnya dengan sejumlah fakultas di UI yakni, Fakultas Hukum, Fakultas Teknik, dan Fakultas MIPA. Pada FMIPA UI, selama ini BAPETEN telah menjalin kerja sama, khususnya dengan bidang Fisika Medis Departemen Fisika FMIPA UI, diantaranya menggelar pelatihan dan pengukuran dosis sinar-X bidang radiologi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, sebagai implementasi kerjasama pentahelix, UI dan BAPETEN juga menggandeng International Atomic Energy Agency\/IAEA dan User atau Industri alat kesehatan. Akibat perkembangan yang pesat tersebut, UI juga akan membuka program studi Fisika Medis Departemen Fisika FMIPA UI.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada kesempatan tersebut, Kepala BAPETEN Prof. Dr. Jazi Eko Istiyanto, M.Sc menyampaikan bahwa kerja sama antara BAPETEN \u2013 UI telah berjalan dengan efektif. \u201cKerja sama antara kedua instansi ini penting, mengingat BAPETEN sebagai Badan Pengawas memerlukan keterlibatan dan masukan dari akademisi dan tenaga ahli yang memiliki kompetensi di berbagai aspek yang penting dalam rangka membantu BAPETEN dalam meningkatkan pengawasan pemanfaatan tenaga nuklir, dan UI tidak diragukan lagi, memiliki semua kepakaran dan kompetensi tersebut,\u201d ujar Prof. Jazi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bentuk konkret kerja sama yang sudah dilakukan selama lima tahun terakhir (2015-2019) diantaranya adalah Kajian terhadap Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1997 yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 24 April 2015 \u2013 4 Desember 2015 (Fakultas Hukum UI); Kajian Pembatas Dosis (Dose Constraint) untuk Petugas Bidang Kesehatan yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 1 Juli 2015 \u2013 30 November 2015 (Fakultas MIPA UI); Pelaksanaan Uji Kesesuaian Pesawat Sinar-X di Wilayah Indonesia Timur dan beberapa wilayah Indonesia lainnya yang diselenggarakan pada antara tahun 2015 \u2013 2019 (Fakultas MIPA UI); Reviu dan Penilaian Laporan Pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Evaluasi Tapak (SMET) Reaktor Daya Nonkomersial (RDNK) yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 23 Februari 2016 \u2013 31 Agustus 2016 (Pengkajian Energi Fakultas Teknik UI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai bentuk implementasi Nota Kesepakatan Bersama, dalam waktu dekat BAPETEN dan FMIPA UI akan menyelenggarakan Seminar Daring Keselamatan Nuklir (SKN) yang rencananya akan dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2020 dengan mengusung tema \u201cInnovations to Support Nuclear Safety and Security for Advanced Human Resources and Excellent Indonesia.\u201d<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Indonesia, and the Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency (BAPETEN) have extended their collaboration to improve supervision of nuclear energy utilization in Indonesia.
