Schlumberger Geophysics Nusantara (Schlumberger Indonesia)<\/strong> dalam bidang pengembangan keilmuan serta kajian praktis pada proses eksplorasi dan produksi minyak dan gas bumi. Kerja sama ini ditandai dengan penandatanganan Nota Kesepahaman Bersama yang dilakukan oleh <strong>Rektor UI Prof. Dr. Ir. Muhammad Anis, M.Met dan Managing Director Schlumberger Indonesia Ronny Hendrawan<\/strong> pada Jumat (13\/4) di kampus UI Depok. Penandatanganan ini dihadiri pula oleh Dekan FMIPA Dr. rer. nat. Abdul Haris dan Dekan FT Dr. Ir. Hendri D.S. Budiono, M.Eng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melalui kerja sama ini, Schlumberger Indonesia akan mendonasikan perangkat lunak<em>yang<\/em>dapat menunjang kegiatan perkuliahan sivitas akademika UI khususnya para mahasiswa Program Studi Geosains (Geologi &amp; Geofisika) serta Magister Geofisika dan Program Studi Geografi dari Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA) UI serta Program Studi Kimia dan Program Studi Teknik Mesin dari Fakultas Teknik UI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapun perangkat lunak yang akan dimanfaatkan oleh UI dalam pelaksanaan mata kuliah di FMIPA UI adalah Petrel G&amp;G, PetroMod Basin Modeling, Techlog Petrophysical Analysis, GeoX Propect Analysis, OFM Production Analysis, dan Reservoir Simulation (Petrel-Eclipse) \u2013 yang dapat diakses di Lab Komputasi Geologi dan Geofisika FMIPA UI kampus Depok. Sedangkan perangkat lunak untuk dimanfaatkan dalam pelaksanaan mata kuliah di Fakultas Teknik UI adalah OFM Production Analysis, Reservoir Simulation (Petrel-Eclipse), Drillbench, OLGA, dan PIPESIM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam sambutannya, <strong>Prof. Anisstated<\/strong>menyampaikan, \u201cUI mengapresiasi kolaborasi yang dapat terjalin antar Perguruan Tinggi dengan pihak industri dalam hal ini adalah Schlumberger Indonesia. Melalui donasi perangkat lunak, para mahasiswa UI dapat menikmati suasana akademis dengan fasilitas terkini dan berteknologi tinggi serta memperoleh kajian praktis dalam proses eksplorasi dan produksi minyak dan gas bumi. Hal ini juga semakin memantapkan UI menuju universitas riset terbaik di Asia Tenggara.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebih lanjut, <strong>Ronny Hendrawan<\/strong> menuturkan, \u201cSchlumberger Indonesia telah melakukan berbagai kerja sama dengan UI sebagai salah satu universitas negeri terbaik di Indonesia. Setiap tahunnya kami merekrut dari UI secara berkesinambungan dan telah banyak alumni dari UI yang menjadi professional di Schlumberger, terutama lulusan dari FTUI dan FMIPA UI. Untuk kali ini kami memperluas cakupan kerjasama dalam bentuk donasi teknologi perangkat lunak yang diharapkan dapat menunjang kegiatan perkuliahan mahasiswa dalam hal memberikan kajian praktis terkait pemrosesan, interpretasi, pemodelan dan simulasi reservoir minyak dan gas bumi.
