Sabtu 28 Juli 2019, Tim Pengmas FMIPA UI didukung oleh Kemnterian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi (Kemenristekdikti) RI melaksanakan kegiatan bertema Pelatihan Permodelan Berbasis Agen untuk Penerapan Bidang Kelautan dengan metode permodelan Anylogic. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan secara konsep focus group discussion <\/em>(FGD) dengan mengundang lebih dari 30 orang  istri nelayan di Pantai Depok, Parangtritis, Yogyakarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kegiatan yang merupakan bagian dari Penelitian Unggulan Perguruan Tinggi (PUPT) Kemenristekdikti tersebut, bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberlangsungan mata pencaharian nelayan tangkap dalam variasi musim yang berbeda. Dengan menggunakan metode permodelan Anylogic, wanita istri nelayan berperan sebagai agen yang menjadi pengamatan dalam penelitian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kondisi dan jumlah tangkapan ikan sebagai mata pencaharian nelayan sangat tergantung pada musim, sehingga nilai pendapatan setiap nelayan tidak sama setiap saat. Oleh sebab itu, pemanfaatan model Anylogic menurut Dr. Dewi Susiloningtyas, yang juga ketua dari tim, adalah untuk memantau dan mengantisipasi kondisi musim panceklik di laut sehingga mereka dapat mencari solusi lain sebagai sumber pendapatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sehingga para wanita istri nelayan dapat membantu perekonomian selain dari hasil tangkapan ikan. Dalam pelatihan kali ini, para dosen juga mengajarkan beberapa keahlian yang dapat menjadi solusi, seperti membuat kerajinan dari limbah pantai atau membuat jajanan khas pantai Depok.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
