Senin, (2\/10) bertempat di The Margo Hotel Depok, FMIPA UI bersama Badan Tenaga Nuklir Nasional (BATAN) dan International Atomic Energy Agency menggelar Final Project Review Meeting on Strengthening the Effectiveness and Exten of Medical Physics Education and Training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hadir dalam acara inin yakni Eko Madi Parmanto (Kepala Biro Hukum, Humas dan Kerjasama BATAN), Brendan Healy (IAEA Technical Officer). Dari pihak FMIPA UI, hadir Dr. rer. nat. Abdul Haris (Dekan), Dr. Tito Latif Indra (Manager Kerjasama), Dr. Supriyanto Ardjo Pawiro (Manager Umum sekaligus ketua AFMI), Prof. Dr. Djarwani S. Soejoko (Departemen Fisika), dan para peserta yang berasal dari 18 negara yang tergabung dalam keanggotaan IAEA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam sambutannya Abdul Haris selaku Dekan FMIPA UI menyampaikan terima kasih kepada BATAN dan IAEA yang terus mendukung FMIPA UI di bidang fisika medis dan biofisika. Lebih lanjut Haris mengungkapkan Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari program internasionalisasi FMIPA UI, dalam rangka upaya FMIPA UI untuk memperluas dan meningkatkan jumlah kemitraan baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Hal ini demi mewujudkan program yang strategis dalam memperkuat kapasitas fisika medis dan Biofisika yang mana fisika medis ini menjadi konsentrasi bagi FMIPA UI tidak hanya dalam program studi tapi juga dalam peminatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam pertemuan yang berlangsung selama 5 hari ini bertujuan untuk :
\u2022 Untuk memperbarui peserta mengenai kemajuan dalam proyek regional RAS6077,
Untuk memperbarui peserta mengenai perkembangan terbaru dari lingkungan AMPLE (Advance Medical Physics Learning Environment),
\u2022 Untuk menilai pilot AMPLE dan pelatihan klinis yang sedang berlangsung,
\u2022 Untuk memperbarui peserta mengenai \u201cEditorial Board of AMPLE\u201d
\u2022 Untuk meninjau pedoman akreditasi dan sertifikasi dalam fisika medis,
Meninjau rencana kerja rancangan proyek fisika medis RCA (Regional Cooperative Agreement) yang baru RAS2016025
