Sebanyak tiga belas peserta dari berbagai wilayah operasi Pertagas berkumpul dalam misi besar: menanam masa depan melalui pelestarian keanekaragaman hayati (kehati).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari Pelatihan Konservasi dan Perlindungan Keanekaragaman Hayati (Kehati) 2025, yang memasuki sesi puncaknya pada Kamis (17\/7). Program pelatihan ini diselenggarakan oleh FMIPA UI melalui Pusat Riset BIOPROSPECT UKK\u2013LST, bekerja sama dengan PT PGAS Solution, sebagai bentuk kolaborasi strategis antara dunia akademik dan industri, dalam membangun kapasitas serta kesadaran akan pentingnya konservasi, dalam praktik operasional sektor energi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sci.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-07-17-at-21.27.21-2-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13194\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mengusung semangat pelestarian dan inovasi, para peserta yang merupakan analis lingkungan dari berbagai wilayah termasuk Jawa Barat, Kalimantan, Sumatera, dan Jawa Timur, menjalani pelatihan intensif di Hutan Kota UI. Kawasan hijau ini telah dikembangkan sejak tahun 1983 dan kini menjadi laboratorium hidup yang menaungi lebih dari 817 spesies tumbuhan serta beragam jenis burung, terbagi dalam tiga zona utama: Zona Wales Barat, Zona Wales Timur, dan Zona Vegetasi Asli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPelatihan ini adalah wujud nyata dari kolaborasi antara dunia pendidikan dan industri dalam menjaga kelestarian alam. Kami ingin mendorong inovasi dalam pengelolaan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan,\u201d ujar Dr. Mega Atria, M.Si., Ketua Pelaksana kegiatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia juga menekankan bahwa Hutan Kota UI adalah lokasi ideal untuk praktik konservasi karena ekosistemnya yang utuh dan kaya akan keanekaragaman hayati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sci.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-07-17-at-21.27.24-2-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13195\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di bawah bimbingan para dosen dan asisten dari Departemen Biologi FMIPA UI, peserta dibagi ke dalam kelompok kerja berdasarkan topik praktikum, meliputi Inventarisasi burung, Analisis vegetasi, koleksi dan preservasi tumbuhan, Pengukuran emisi karbon dari pohon dan tanah, serta Monitoring keanekaragaman hayati perairan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKegiatan lapangan ini memberikan kesempatan bagi peserta untuk terlibat langsung dalam pengamatan, pengumpulan data, hingga analisis ilmiah,\u201d imbuh Dr. Mega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di antara rimbun vegetasi kampus, beberapa spesies tumbuhan yang teridentifikasi antara lain: Kapuk&nbsp;<em>(Ceiba pentandra)<\/em>, Kopi hutan&nbsp;<em>(Rubiaceae)<\/em>, Flamboyan&nbsp;<em>Di antara rimbun vegetasi kampus, beberapa spesies tumbuhan yang teridentifikasi antara lain: Kapuk (Ceiba pentandra), Kopi hutan (Rubiaceae), Flamboyan (Delonix regia), Ki kopong (Cecropia), Mara (Macaranga sp), dan Deluak (Microcos tomentosa).<\/em>, Ki kopong&nbsp;<em>(Cecropia)<\/em>, Mara&nbsp;<em>(Macaranga sp)<\/em>, dan Deluak&nbsp;<em>(Microcos tomentosa)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sci.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-07-17-at-21.27.25-1-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13197\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di sisi fauna, sejumlah spesies burung berhasil diidentifikasi, antara lain Tekukur&nbsp;<em>(Streptopelia chinensis)<\/em>, Kutilang&nbsp;<em>(Pycnonotus aurigaster)<\/em>, Merbah cerukcuk&nbsp;<em>(Pycnonotus goiavier)<\/em>, Cabai Jawa&nbsp;<em>(Dichaeum trochilleum)<\/em>, Sepah kecil&nbsp;<em>(Perictocotus cinnamomeus)<\/em>, Walet , Takur ungkut-ungkut (&nbsp;<em>(Psilopogon haemachepalus)<\/em>, Cekakak sungai&nbsp;<em>(Todiramphus chloris)<\/em>, dan Cipoh kacat&nbsp;<em>(Aegithina tiphia)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sci.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-07-17-at-21.27.23-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13198\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak hanya itu, peserta juga melakukan pengukuran emisi karbon dari vegetasi dan tanah, serta pengambilan sampel air dari situ kampus. Forum ini menjadi ajang pertukaran gagasan dan memperkuat kompetensi konservasi di lapangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salah satu peserta, Hasna Lucidadari dari wilayah Indramayu, menyampaikan \u201cSaya jadi tahu bagaimana pengambilan data keanekaragaman hayati itu dilakukan secara langsung di lapangan. Biasanya, kami hanya menerima hasilnya lewat laporan.
