{"id":4406,"date":"2025-07-03T03:49:42","date_gmt":"2025-07-03T03:49:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/?p=4406"},"modified":"2025-08-06T06:29:38","modified_gmt":"2025-08-06T06:29:38","slug":"dr-lendriadis-research-offers-new-hope-for-indonesias-geothermal-future","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/id\/dr-lendriadis-research-offers-new-hope-for-indonesias-geothermal-future\/","title":{"rendered":"Penelitian Dr. Lendriadi Jadi Harapan Baru Bagi Masa Depan Geothermal Indonesia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Depok, 3 Juli 2025 \u2013 Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Indonesia (FMIPA UI) resmi mengukuhkan Lendriadi Agung sebagai Doktor Ilmu Fisika dalam Sidang Terbuka Promosi Doktor yang digelar di Aula Prof. Dr. G.A. Siwabessy, Kampus UI Depok. Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Lendriadi Agung berhasil meraih gelar doktor dengan predikat cumlaude, sebagai bentuk apresiasi atas prestasi akademik dan kontribusinya dalam bidang Fisika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam sidang yang dipimpin Dekan FMIPA UI, Prof. Dede Djuhana, Ph.D., Dr. Lendriadi mempresentasikan disertasinya yang berjudul \u201cPemodelan Dinamika Fluida Reservoir untuk Pengembangan Geothermal Berkelanjutan Menggunakan Resolusi Tinggi Geofisika Monitoring Terintegrasi di Lapangan Geothermal Kamojang.\u201d Penelitian ini dibimbing oleh Drs. M. Syamsu Rosid, MT., Ph.D. sebagai promotor, dan Dr. Eng. Supriyanto, M.Sc. sebagai ko-promotor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sci.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/DSC_3213-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13114\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lewat penelitiannya, Dr. Lendriadi menghadirkan pendekatan baru dalam pengelolaan energi panas bumi yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan. Ia memadukan dua metode pemantauan geofisika beresolusi tinggi yakni time-lapse microgravity dan pemantauan microearthquake untuk memetakan dinamika fluida di dalam reservoir secara tiga dimensi, baik dari sisi lokasi maupun waktu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontribusi utama disertasi ini terletak pada kemampuannya mendeteksi perubahan tekanan, distribusi fluida, dan aktivitas seismik mikro, yang menjadi indikator penting dalam menjaga kelangsungan reservoir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studi yang dilakukan di Lapangan Geothermal Kamojang ini menemukan adanya ketidakseimbangan antara ekstraksi dan reinjeksi fluida panas bumi. Hanya sekitar 20\u201330% fluida yang berhasil dikembalikan ke dalam tanah, menyebabkan defisit massa yang cukup besar di wilayah timur reservoir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namun, data selama tujuh tahun (2016\u20132023) menunjukkan adanya potensi pemulihan alami (natural recharge) sebesar 3,5 juta ton per tahun, bahkan diperkirakan meningkat hingga 10 juta ton pada 2024\u2014sebuah peluang besar untuk pengembangan energi geothermal di kawasan tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPendekatan integratif ini memberi gambaran yang lebih akurat mengenai kondisi di dalam reservoir. Dengan begitu, pengelolaan sumber daya panas bumi bisa dilakukan lebih bijak dan berkelanjutan,\u201d ungkap Dr. Lendriadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sci.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/DSC_3265-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13115\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebih lanjut ia menjelaskan, penelitian ini tidak hanya menawarkan solusi strategis untuk Kamojang yang merupakan salah satu lapangan panas bumi tertua di Indonesia, tetapi juga menjadi model ilmiah yang bisa diterapkan di berbagai wilayah geothermal lainnya, baik di dalam maupun luar negeri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia menilai, temuan-temuan ini sangat penting dalam menentukan strategi teknis, seperti lokasi pengeboran sumur injeksi baru atau penambahan sumur make-up untuk menjaga kestabilan produksi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai negara dengan kapasitas pembangkit listrik panas bumi terbesar kedua di dunia, Menurutnya, Indonesia sangat membutuhkan inovasi seperti ini untuk memastikan transisi energi ke sumber yang lebih bersih dan berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSaya berharap metode ini bisa diadopsi lebih luas di lapangan geothermal lain di Indonesia.\u201d imbuhnya.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Depok, July 3, 2025 \u2013 The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Indonesia (FMIPA UI) officially inaugurated Lendriadi Agung as a Doctor of Physics in an Open Doctoral Promotion Session held at the Prof. Dr. G.A.
