Abdul Haris selaku Dekan FMIPA UI dan Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Hiroshi Amitsuka selaku Dekan  The Graduate School of Science HU pada tanggal 6 November 2018 di Sapporo, Hokkaido, Jepang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr.rer.nat. Agus Salam, Ketua Departemen Fisika FMIPA UI menyebut ada tiga buah perjanjian kerjasama yang ditandatangani kedua pihak yaitu&nbsp;<em>Memorandum of Agreement on Academic Cooperation, Agreement of Implementation on Student Exchange,&nbsp;<\/em>&nbsp;<em>Agreement of Implementation on Double Degree.<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Program&nbsp;<em>Double Degree&nbsp;<\/em>ini, kata dia, akan segera diimplementasikan melalui pengiriman tiga mahasiswa Program Studi Doktor Ilmu Bahan-Bahan untuk melakukan registrasi di Hokkaido University yang saat ini pun telah aktif melakukan riset di RIKEN yaitu Redo Ramadhan. M.Si, Suci Winarsih, M.Si, dan Tri Utami, M.Si.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kedatangan tim FMIPA UI diterima dan disambut oleh tim dari GSS dan SS HU yang terdiri dari Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Hiroshi Amitsuka (Dean of the Graduate School of Science HU), Prof. Hisao Suzuki, Ph.D. (Director of Department of Physics HU), Prof. Dr. rer.nat. Hiroshi Kawamura (Director of Office of International Academic Support Faculty of Science HU), Prof. Dr. Isao Watanabe (Faculty member of Department of Physics GSS HU), Assoc. Prof. Masaaki Kimura, Ph.D. (Faculty member of Department of Physics GSS HU), Wataru Horiuchi, Ph.D. (Faculty member of Department of Physics GSS HU).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain mengunjungi Hokkaido University, tim FMIPA UI melakukan diskusi kerjasama dengan pimpinan fakultas dan Departemen Fisika di beberapa universitas serta lembaga penelitian terkemuka lainnya di Jepang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hokkaido University (HU) merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi dari 10 universitas riset negeri terkemuka di Jepang yang memiliki ranking ke-122 di dunia pada tahun 2018 versi QS.
