Siwabessy, Kampus UI, Depok. Acara ini diikuti sekitar 80 mahasiswa dari Program Studi Geologi dan Geofisika FMIPA UI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hadir sebagai pembicara, Ir. Rudianto Rimbono, M.Sc., Board of Commissioner PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk, yang memaparkan pentingnya perencanaan dan pengendalian risiko dalam proyek-proyek di sektor hulu minyak dan gas bumi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"477\" src=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/sci-206.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5844\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/sci-206.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/sci-206-300x186.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/sci-206-18x12.jpeg 18w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/sci-206-600x373.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut Rudianto, proyek di industri hulu migas merupakan investasi jangka panjang yang membutuhkan strategi pengelolaan menyeluruh. \u201cProyek dalam industri hulu migas adalah kegiatan dengan waktu terbatas yang bertujuan menciptakan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan dan negara, sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2001 tentang Minyak dan Gas Bumi,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia menjelaskan, pengelolaan proyek dilakukan melalui sejumlah tahapan mulai dari conceptual study, feasibility study, engineering design, construction (EPCI), hingga fase operasi dan pemeliharaan. Setiap tahapan, kata Rudianto, harus dijalankan dengan memperhatikan keseimbangan antara tiga faktor utama: biaya, mutu, dan waktu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"493\" src=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/sci-207.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5845\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/sci-207.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/sci-207-300x193.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/sci-207-18x12.jpeg 18w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/sci-207-600x385.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam paparannya, Rudianto juga memperkenalkan kerangka kerja Capital Project Development and Execution Process (CPDEP) yang kerap digunakan di industri untuk memastikan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat pada setiap fase proyek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sesi tanya jawab menjadi penutup kegiatan, di mana para mahasiswa aktif bertanya mengenai efisiensi biaya, pengendalian risiko, serta faktor keberhasilan proyek di lapangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kegiatan ini menjadi bagian dari rangkaian UIGS X Starborn Mengajar 2025 yang diselenggarakan FMIPA UI untuk memperluas wawasan mahasiswa mengenai penerapan keilmuan geosains di dunia industri.
