Dr. Deni menjadi peneliti pertama dari Indonesia dan ASEAN yang menembus prestasi tersebut, sebelumnya peraih AOIYA didominasi negara-negara seperti Korea dan India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penghargaan bergengsi ini diberikan oleh Japanese Society of Nuclear Medicine (JSNM) kepada peneliti muda berprestasi di bidang kedokteran nuklir, dan diserahkan langsung di Kyoto International Exhibition Hall Miyako Messe, Kamis (13\/11\/2025). AOYIA sendiri merupakan penghargaan tahunan untuk peneliti muda terbaik dari kawasan Asia\u2013Oseania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"957\" src=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/sci-257.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5944\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/sci-257.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/sci-257-241x300.jpeg 241w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/sci-257-10x12.jpeg 10w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/sci-257-600x748.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Deni meraih penghargaan berkat penelitian kolaboratifnya bersama Prof. Gerhard Glatting dari Medical Radiation Physics, Department of Nuclear Medicine, Ulm University, serta Prof. Michael Mix dari Department of Nuclear Medicine, Medical Center, Freiburg University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasil penelitian tersebut telah dipublikasikan di salah satu jurnal kedokteran nuklir terkemuka di Amerika Serikat. Dalam studi ini, Dr. Deni mengembangkan metode farmakokinetik berbasis populasi untuk perencanaan terapi kanker, yang terbukti memberikan tingkat akurasi lebih tinggi dibandingkan pendekatan konvensional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMetode lama hanya memodelkan data farmakokinetik per pasien, sehingga jumlah parameter terbatas dan akurasi rendah. Dengan pendekatan populasi, data dari banyak pasien dimodelkan sekaligus, sehingga jumlah parameter lebih banyak dan hasil lebih realistis,\u201d kata Dr. Deni menjelaskan kelebihan metode farmakokinetik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendekatan ini memungkinkan perencanaan terapi kanker menjadi lebih tepat, mengurangi jumlah kunjungan pasien ke rumah sakit, sekaligus menekan biaya dan paparan radiasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPasien yang sebelumnya harus bolak-balik 3\u20135 kali, kini cukup satu kali pencitraan saja,\u201d ujarnya kepada tim Humas FMIPA UI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"491\" src=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/sci-258.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5945\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/sci-258.jpg 768w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/sci-258-300x192.jpg 300w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/sci-258-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/sci-258-600x384.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMetode ini lebih efisien dan berpotensi mengubah praktik terapi kanker, terutama di negara berkembang.\u201d imbuhnya. Ia juga berencana memperluas penerapan metode ini di klinik dan memperkuat kerja sama internasional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prestasi Dr. Deni mendapat apresiasi pimpinan FMIPA UI. Dekan FMIPA UI, Prof. Dede Djuhana, Ph.D., menyatakan, \u201cKami bangga atas prestasi Dr. Deni.
