Minimnya ruang publik ramah anak berpotensi mendorong gaya hidup sedentari, meningkatkan ketergantungan pada gawai, serta memicu berbagai risiko kesehatan di usia dini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kondisi tersebut menjadi latar belakang Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Indonesia (FMIPA UI) melalui Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat Departemen Geografi bersama Tim Research Course on Housing and Policy (RECEH-POL) melaksanakan program pemetaan ruang bermain anak di Kampung Lio, Kelurahan Depok. Program bertajuk&nbsp;<em>\u201cTogether We Map, Together We Play\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;ini berlangsung pada periode Juli\u2013November 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketua Program Pengabdian Masyarakat, Alif Raya Zulkarnaen, menjelaskan bahwa anak-anak di Kampung Lio memiliki keterbatasan akses terhadap ruang bermain yang aman dan memadai. Padahal, aktivitas bermain memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung tumbuh kembang anak secara optimal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cProgram ini bertujuan memetakan ruang-ruang potensial bermain anak sebagai dasar perencanaan dan intervensi pengelolaan keruangan ke depan. Harapannya, hasil ini dapat memberikan dampak berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat Kampung Lio,\u201d ujar Alif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"577\" src=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-413.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6365\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-413.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-413-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-413-16x12.jpeg 16w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-413-600x451.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pemetaan dilakukan secara partisipatif pada 11 Oktober 2025 dengan melibatkan anak-anak Kampung Lio sebagai subjek utama. Dengan pendampingan mahasiswa, anak-anak mengidentifikasi lokasi bermain yang biasa mereka gunakan serta jenis aktivitas yang dilakukan di setiap lokasi. Pendekatan ini dinilai mampu menggali pengetahuan spasial anak sekaligus memperkuat rasa kepemilikan terhadap ruang di lingkungan mereka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bersamaan dengan kegiatan pemetaan, para orang tua mengikuti sosialisasi mengenai bahaya kecanduan gawai (<em>gadget-holic<\/em>) dan pentingnya aktivitas bermain bagi anak. Sosialisasi tersebut disampaikan oleh Lintang Shafa Mazaya, Duta SDGs UI sekaligus Mahasiswa Berprestasi Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Indonesia angkatan 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasil pemetaan kemudian diolah oleh Tim Pengabdi FMIPA UI bersama Tim RECEH-POL. Tim Pengabdi bertanggung jawab dalam pengolahan data spasial dan identifikasi lokasi yang aman maupun berpotensi berbahaya bagi aktivitas bermain anak. Temuan tersebut dirumuskan dalam bentuk rekomendasi kebijakan. Sementara itu, Tim RECEH-POL menyusun usulan desain arsitektural berbasis kondisi spasial dan antropologis di lokasi-lokasi teridentifikasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salah satu lokasi yang diidentifikasi sebagai hotspot bermain anak adalah area parkir musholla di RW 13. Area ini relatif lapang dan kerap dimanfaatkan anak-anak, namun memiliki risiko keselamatan akibat lalu lintas kendaraan. Tim merekomendasikan penataan ulang area parkir, penggunaan material yang lebih aman, serta penambahan fasilitas bermain berupa funbox bernuansa Islami yang mengintegrasikan fungsi bermain dan edukasi keagamaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"577\" src=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-414.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6366\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-414.jpg 768w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-414-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-414-16x12.jpg 16w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-414-600x451.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai bagian dari tindak lanjut program, hasil pemetaan dan kajian rekomendasi tersebut diserahkan kepada Kelurahan Depok pada Rabu (28\/1\/2026) di Kantor Kelurahan Depok. Serah terima peta dan dokumen policy brief dilakukan oleh Tim FMIPA UI dan RECEH-POL kepada Lurah Depok Herman, S.E., dan disaksikan oleh Ketua RW 13 serta perwakilan Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lurah Depok Herman, S.E. menilai kegiatan ini sebagai contoh kontribusi akademisi dalam menjawab persoalan nyata di masyarakat. \u201cIni contoh bagaimana ilmu yang dipelajari di kampus bisa kembali dan bermanfaat langsung bagi warga,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perwakilan PKK Kelurahan Depok, Umi Lili Sholihat, berharap hasil pemetaan tersebut dapat ditindaklanjuti hingga ke tingkat pemerintah kota. \u201cSemoga peta ini bisa dibawa ke Pemerintah Kota Depok dan mendapatkan persetujuan untuk pembangunan taman bermain yang layak bagi anak-anak di Kampung Lio,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melalui program ini, Tim FMIPA UI dan RECEH-POL berharap dapat mendorong perencanaan ruang yang lebih berorientasi pada manusia, khususnya anak-anak, sekaligus berkontribusi pada pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 3, 8, dan 11.
