{"id":6373,"date":"2026-02-06T07:22:42","date_gmt":"2026-02-06T07:22:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/?p=6373"},"modified":"2026-02-11T07:24:09","modified_gmt":"2026-02-11T07:24:09","slug":"fmipa-ui-enhances-governance-capacity-through-integrity-zone-and-spip-workshop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/id\/fmipa-ui-enhances-governance-capacity-through-integrity-zone-and-spip-workshop\/","title":{"rendered":"FMIPA UI Tingkatkan Kapasitas Tata Kelola melalui Workshop Zona Integritas dan SPIP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Indonesia (FMIPA UI) menggelar Workshop Zona Integritas dan Maturitas Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah (SPIP) Terintegrasi, Kamis (5\/2\/2026), di Ruang Rapat Pusat Administrasi Fakultas MIPA UI, Depok. Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari upaya penguatan Reformasi Birokrasi di lingkungan Universitas Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Workshop menghadirkan Nelasari, SKM, MKM, Manajer Tata Kelola dan Public Relation Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat (FKM) UI, sebagai narasumber. FKM UI tercatat sebagai salah satu fakultas di lingkungan UI yang telah meraih predikat Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi (WBK) dan Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih Melayani (WBBM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dekan FMIPA UI Prof. Dr. Tito Latif Indra, M.Si. mengatakan, pembangunan Zona Integritas tidak semata-mata berorientasi pada capaian administratif, melainkan pada perubahan sistem dan budaya kerja yang berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-419.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6375\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-419.jpg 768w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-419-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-419-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-419-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cZona Integritas harus dipahami sebagai proses panjang untuk membangun tata kelola yang transparan, akuntabel, dan berorientasi pada pelayanan. Karena itu, belajar dari unit kerja yang telah berhasil menjadi langkah penting bagi FMIPA UI,\u201d ujar Prof. Tito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FMIPA UI mencatat peningkatan capaian dalam pembangunan Zona Integritas. Pada 2025, FMIPA UI meraih peringkat ketiga dalam ajang Universitas Indonesia Zone of Integrity (UI ZI) Award. Capaian tersebut meningkat dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya, ketika FMIPA UI berada pada posisi Harapan Dua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut Prof. Tito, pengalaman dan materi yang dibagikan dalam workshop ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat kerja Tim Zona Integritas FMIPA UI sekaligus menjadi referensi dalam merumuskan langkah strategis menuju penguatan Zona Integritas di tingkat fakultas, termasuk dalam mendorong FMIPA UI meraih capaian yang lebih baik pada ajang Zona Integritas Award tingkat nasional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-420.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6376\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-420.jpg 768w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-420-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-420-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sci-420-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam paparannya, Nelasari menjelaskan tahapan pembangunan Zona Integritas dan penerapan Maturitas SPIP Terintegrasi yang diterapkan di FKM UI. Materi meliputi persiapan penilaian melalui Lembar Kerja Evaluasi, kerangka dan komponen pembangunan Zona Integritas, hubungan antarindikator, hingga proses penilaian dan penetapan unit kerja berpredikat WBK dan WBBM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, dibahas pula manajemen perubahan yang mencakup aspek pemenuhan dan aspek reform. Aspek pemenuhan antara lain meliputi pembentukan tim kerja, penyusunan rencana pembangunan Zona Integritas, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi.
