Kunjungan ini bertujuan memperkuat hubungan akademik melalui sosialisasi program International Graduate Program (IGP-A) dan pembahasan rencana kerja sama riset kolaboratif, khususnya di bidang life science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam sambutannya, Prof. Anom Bowolaksono, Ph.D., Wakil Dekan Bidang Pendidikan, Penelitian, dan Kemahasiswaan FMIPA UI, mengatakan, \u201cInstitute of Science Tokyo lahir dari penggabungan Tokyo Institute of Technology dan Tokyo Medical and Dental University. Banyak alumni UI yang menempuh studi lanjut di sana, dan kami berharap kunjungan ini dapat membuka lebih banyak peluang kolaborasi akademik di bidang life science.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/sci-533.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6597\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/sci-533.jpg 768w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/sci-533-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/sci-533-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/sci-533-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sesi sosialisasi bertajuk&nbsp;<em>\u201cAdvancing Futures: Graduate Scholarship Session, the International Graduate Program (A)\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;menghadirkan berbagai informasi penting, meliputi profil fakultas dan sekolah, contoh riset unggulan, serta tokoh peraih Nobel seperti Yoshinori Ohsumi dan Hideki Shirakawa. Selain itu, dijelaskan skema pendaftaran program IGP-A (integrated graduate) serta peluang beasiswa yang tersedia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Shun-ichiro Ogura menekankan pentingnya peluang beasiswa bagi mahasiswa UI. \u201cMahasiswa UI memiliki peluang besar untuk mendapatkan beasiswa Monbukagakusho (MEXT) dari pemerintah Jepang. Beasiswa ini mendukung studi master hingga doktor selama lima tahun, dan kami berharap semakin banyak mahasiswa ASEAN yang memanfaatkannya,\u201d ujarnya. Beasiswa ini diberikan bagi mahasiswa yang lolos seleksi berkas dan wawancara, dengan dukungan dana sekitar 147.000 yen per bulan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Setelah sosialisasi, agenda dilanjutkan dengan diskusi strategis mengenai rencana kerja sama riset antara FMIPA UI dan Institute of Science Tokyo. Pertemuan ini melibatkan pimpinan FMIPA UI, antara lain Prof. Dr. Ivandini Tribidasari Aggraningrum, S.Si., M.Si., Wakil Dekan Bidang Sumber Daya, Ventura, dan Administrasi Umum; serta Zico Alaia Akbar Junior, S.Si., M.Sc., Ph.D., Manajer Ekosistem Riset dan Hilirisasi Sains Berdampak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/sci-534.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6598\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/sci-534.jpg 768w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/sci-534-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/sci-534-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/sci-534-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Susumu Kajiwara menekankan pentingnya pendanaan eksternal untuk mendukung riset kolaboratif. \u201cPendanaan eksternal sangat penting untuk mendukung riset kolaboratif, termasuk melalui program SATREPS yang menghubungkan Jepang dengan negara berkembang. Topik seperti food safety menjadi sangat relevan, dan kami berharap kerja sama ini dapat menghasilkan riset berdampak serta peluang internasional bagi mahasiswa FMIPA UI,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Topik riset yang dibahas antara lain food safety, sejalan dengan program makan bergizi gratis di Indonesia.
