Pendekatan tersebut diharapkan dapat memperkuat upaya konservasi ekosistem air tawar perkotaan melalui identifikasi lokasi dan spesies yang menjadi prioritas pengendalian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kerangka tersebut dikembangkan melalui penelitian terhadap enam badan air di Jabodetabek, yakni Sungai Ciliwung, Cisadane, dan Cileungsi, serta Situ Tonjong, Situ Tunggilis, dan Situ Suradita. Penelitian menganalisis struktur komunitas ikan, tingkat kerentanan habitat, dan karakter invasivitas spesies ikan alien yang selama ini menjadi salah satu ancaman bagi keanekaragaman hayati perairan tawar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proporsi ikan alien di ekosistem sungai mencapai 64,90 persen, lebih tinggi dibandingkan danau yang mencapai 50,20 persen. Spesies seperti ikan nila (<em>Oreochromis niloticus<\/em>) dan ikan sapu-sapu (<em>Pterygoplichthys pardalis<\/em>) menjadi spesies alien yang paling dominan di sejumlah lokasi penelitian. Selain itu, model Skor Kerentanan Habitat (SKH) yang dikembangkan mengidentifikasi Cileungsi hilir, Ciliwung hilir, Cileungsi tengah, dan outlet Situ Tonjong sebagai kawasan dengan tingkat kerentanan tertinggi terhadap invasi ikan alien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sci-763.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7086\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sci-763.jpg 768w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sci-763-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sci-763-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sci-763-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cInvasi ikan alien tidak hanya berkaitan dengan keberadaan spesies asing, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh kondisi habitat yang semakin terdegradasi. Karena itu, pengelolaannya perlu mempertimbangkan kedua aspek tersebut secara bersamaan,\u201d ujar Noer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temuan tersebut dipaparkan oleh Noer Sarifah A\u2019iny dalam sidang promosi doktor Program Studi Biologi FMIPA UI yang berlangsung di Aula Prof. G.A. Siwabessy FMIPA UI, Depok, Selasa (30\/6). Noer berhasil meraih gelar doktor dengan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) 3,94 dan predikat cumlaude setelah menyelesaikan studi selama enam semester. Sidang dipimpin oleh Wakil Dekan Bidang Pendidikan, Penelitian, dan Kemahasiswaan FMIPA UI Prof. Anom Bowolaksono, Ph.D., dengan promotor Prof. Dr. Luthfiralda Sjahfirdi, M.Biomed., serta ko-promotor Prof. Dr. rer.nat. Mufti Petala Patria, M.Si. dan Prof. Dr. Ir. Harinaldi, M.Eng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam disertasinya, Noer juga mengembangkan Skala Invasivitas, yakni instrumen untuk menilai tingkat ancaman setiap spesies ikan alien berdasarkan kemampuan adaptasi, toleransi lingkungan, dominansi populasi, fleksibilitas sumber daya, dan kemampuan reproduksi. Integrasi antara SKH, Skala Invasivitas, dan kelimpahan spesies menghasilkan kerangka pengelolaan yang memungkinkan penentuan prioritas konservasi secara lebih komprehensif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sci-764.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7087\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sci-764.jpg 768w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sci-764-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sci-764-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/chem.ui.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sci-764-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut hasil penelitian, pendekatan tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai dasar penyusunan strategi pengendalian spesies ikan alien, perlindungan refugia ikan asli, restorasi habitat, serta pengembangan sistem peringatan dini terhadap penyebaran spesies invasif di ekosistem air tawar perkotaan tropis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSaya berharap kerangka yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi pemantauan, penyusunan prioritas konservasi, dan pengambilan kebijakan untuk melindungi ekosistem air tawar, khususnya di kawasan perkotaan,\u201d kata Noer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penelitian ini menjadi salah satu kontribusi FMIPA UI dalam pengembangan ilmu ekologi perairan dan konservasi keanekaragaman hayati.
