The implementation of the Introduction to the Academic System of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Indonesia (PSAF MIPA UI), in order to welcome new students of FMIPA UI for the 2022/2023 Academic Year entered the second day, Friday (19/8).
The second day of activities began with a series of ceremonies. Present in the virtual room were Mohammad Hidayat, S.Sos., General Manager and Facilities, Dr. Lukmanda Evan Lubis, M.Si., Manager of Cooperation, Ventures, and Alumni Relations, and Dr. Denny R. Silaban, M.Kom., Head of the Academic Quality Assurance Unit (UPMA), to deliver presentations related to their respective fields.
Still on the second day which was held online, the new students listened to the socialization about MIPA Gelar Karya which is a work program of BEM FMIPA UI in the field of interests and talents consisting of OIM MIPA, PST, and MIPA Cup.
In addition, to broaden the insight of new students, the PSAF team presented a Webinar session with the themeTalks: Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)by Dr. Triarko Nurlambang, MA, who is an expertin Development Geographyat FMIPA UI and the Coordinator of the SDGs Hub UI.
Even though the event was held online, the friendly and fun atmosphere was still felt with anice-breakingsession containing a variety of exciting games during the event, song performances by Rossi Awalidia (Chemistry 2021), and Kezia Aurellia (Chemistry 2021), as well as the screening of student motivational videos.
