Isolation, purification and characterization of some enzyme (bromelain, lipase, glucosidase) from natural products and their characteristics as biocatalyst and bioactive enzyme.
Short Biography

Sumi Hudiyono is professor of biochemistry at the department of chemistry Universitas Indonesia. He received PhD degree from Universite de Technologie de Compiegne (UTC), France and graduated in 1992. Now, he conduct research with a major topic in isolation of enzyme and bioactive compounds with specific characteristics and functions.
