Today, Friday (March 1st), the winners of the 2019 Student Achievement Selection (Pilmapres) for the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Indonesia (UI) were announced at the Multidisciplinary Research Laboratory Building of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Indonesia (FMIPA UI), and PT. Pertamina. The announcement of the winners was read by Dr. Hengki Tasman, representing the jury.

For the Main Student Achievement Selection (Mapres Utama) category, Rio Fandi Dianco (Mathematics 2016) won first place in this prestigious faculty-level competition, followed by Aldi Yazri Siregar (Biology 2016) as second place, and Muhammad Alzaid Ponka (Geosciences 2016) as third place.

Rio was selected as the first place winner of the Main Student Achievement Selection (Pilmapres Utama) for his paper entitled “Real-Time Price Prediction of Four Main Food Commodities in Indonesia and Their Mapping Based on the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average Model.”

Meanwhile, the participants who succeeded in winning the 2019 FMIPA UI Mapres from the Mapres Category group were Vania Zihan Murti (Physics 2017) for the Arts and Culture category, Regina Nadia Akhadi (Physics 2017) for the Sports category, Annita Khairina (Geoscience 2016) for the Social and Environmental category, and Ndaru Luriadi (Biology 2016) for the Entrepreneurship category.
