As part of improving the ties of friendship, FMIPA UI held a breaking of the fast together. On Thursday (25/06/2015), the breaking of the fast together was carried out by the academic community of FMIPA UI at the FMIPA UI Dean’s Building, Depok.

The event was also attended by faculty leaders including: Dr. Ridla Bakri, M.Phil (Wakil Dekan I), Dr. Rokhmatuloh, M.Eng (Vice Dean II), Heads of Departments, Heads of Study Programs, Managers and academic staff of FMIPA UI began with the reading of verses from the holy Qur’an, prayers for the Prophet Muhammad SAW, and a short sermon from Ust. Solehan, S.Si.

Dean of FMIPA UI, Dr.rer.nat Abdul HarisIn his speech, he motivated the entire academic community of FMIPA UI, both leaders, lecturers and staff, to be able to build better communication with each other to strengthen the brotherhood and improve performance so that FMIPA UI can produce superior and pious scientists.

Dr.rer.nat. Abdul Haris hopes that all academicians of FMIPA UI will always try to take wisdom in spiritual life better, “if we pursue the afterlife, then the world can be achieved, but if we pursue the world, the afterlife is not necessarily achieved”. he said.
