First Day, Monday, August 15, 2016, the PSAF activity attended by 915 students was opened by the Dean of FMIPA UI Dr. Abdul Haris, followed by Academic and Non-Academic Information from the Vice Deans and Managers in Room B.101. The afternoon activity was filled by the Head of UPMA Dr. Ratna Yuniati and Mrs. Ariadne L. Juwono, Ph.D. who gave tips to new students regarding lecture procedures covering Academic Regulations, Student Ethics and the dangers of Plagiarism.
The second day, Tuesday, August 16, 2016, was filled by the Director of UI Student Affairs Dr. Arman Nefi, who provided motivation to new students during their studies and an overview of organizations at the University of Indonesia, followed by various Student Organizations of FMIPA UI, filled by the Head of BPM Reyhan D. Lambaga, Head of BEM Fauzan and his Deputy M.Iqbal Syauqi, and organizations under the auspices of BEM. The afternoon was filled with student reasoning activities driven by the RPM Manager Dr. Djoko Triyono, accompanied by the ON-MIPA Supervisors (Dr. M.Aziz Majidi, Dr. Budiawan, Dr. Andi Salamah, Arie Wibowo, M.Si, Dita AF, M.Sc.), then the PKM supervisors (Adhi Harmoko, Ph.D, Nova Anita, M.Biomed, Twin Hosea, M.Si) and information on the Pertamina OSN competition and the MIPA International Olympiad.
On the third day, Thursday, August 18, 2016, the local police were present, namely the Beji Depok Police Chief, Mrs. Kompol Ni Gusti Ayu Supiati, Head of UPT PLK UI Prof. Dr. Ir. Anondho Wijanarko who gave their respective themes on security and order in the campus world and the National Defense program; as well as the security system at the UI Depok Campus and its problems. Furthermore, the UPT K3L also gave a lecture on Basic Safety at the MIPA Laboratory.
Activities on the third day in the afternoon included a motivational lecture by Ir. Kris Hendarjo, M.Sc from lecturer in Geosciences, as well as a lecture on how to deal with stress in students by BKM UI.
On the last day, Friday, August 19, 2016, in the morning, joint exercise was held between the new students and the leadership, breakfast together, and followed by a clean faculty movement by the new students. The PSAF activity was closed at 11.00 WIB by Prof. Drs. Ridla Bakri, M.Phil, Ph.D and the Head of PSAF Dr. Tito Latif Indra. Furthermore, it was filled with PSAD activities in each department.
