FMIPA UI Collaborates with Hanyang University

Thursday (14/9) FMIPA UI received a delegation from Hanyang University, South Korea led by Prof. Hoell Chung in order to establish cooperation with FMIPA UI.

Their arrival was welcomed on Thursday morning at the Santika Hotel Depok by Dr. rer. nat. Abdul Haris as Dean of FMIPA UI, Dr. Tito Latif Indra (FMIPA UI Collaboration Manager), and Dr. Djoko Triyono (FMIPA UI Research and Community Service Manager).

Present at the collaboration meeting were Dr. Tito Latif Indra, Dr. Agus Salam (Head of the Physics Department), Dr. Endang Saepudin (Head of the Chemistry Department), Dr. Yasman (Head of the Biology Department), Dr. Ratna Yuniati (Head of UPMA), and Dr. Ivandini (Lecturer of the Chemistry Department).

In the cooperation meeting, among other things, discussions were held regardingstudent exchangeand double degree programs for undergraduate chemistry study programs and the possibility of conductingjoint research.

After their arrival, they were welcomed by the head of FMIPA UI, Prof. Hoell Chung, who gave a public lecture to the Physics & Chemistry students of FMIPA UI. The public lecture, held in the Main Seminar Room of the Physics Department of FMIPA UI, was themed “Nanodendrite substrate based SERS detection of bio-analytes and feasibility of combining field flow fractionation (FFF) with SERS for multiplexed detection.”
