The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FMIPA UI), successfully organized International Symposium on Current Progress in Mathematics and Sciences (ISCPMS) 2025 offline on August 20–21, 2025, at Rancamaya Hotel, Bogor.
In its 10th edition, experts from various disciplines presented their research findings and innovative ideas before an audience of academics, students, and researchers.
ISCPMS 2025 served as an important platform for scientists to share knowledge and discuss the latest developments in mathematics, natural sciences, life sciences, and the environment. The symposium featured a wide range of scientific sessions, from Mathematics and Its Applications, Theoretical and Applied Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Life and Environmental Sciences, Geography and Earth Sciences, to Geosciences.

The Dean of FMIPA UI, Prof. Dede Djuhana, Ph.D., stated, “ISCPMS 2025 provides a vital space for experts to test and enrich scientific understanding through constructive discussions. We hope this symposium can drive innovation and cross-disciplinary collaboration that brings tangible benefits to science and society.”
The event featured keynote speakers including Prof. Dr. Jatna Supriatna from FMIPA UI, Prof. Dong Hyun Kim from Chungbuk National University, South Korea, Prof. Dr. Fatwa Firdaus Abdi from City University of Hong Kong, and Prof. Dr. Jia-Hong Pan from Guangxi University, China. They led presentation sessions with current and relevant themes.
Since it was first held in 2015, ISCPMS has become a forum for academic collaboration that has produced numerous reputable scientific publications. The committee is committed to maintaining the quality of the conference to continue providing a valuable and inspiring experience for all participants.
