The audit was conducted by Annas Sangadji, an auditor from PT DQS Certification Indonesia, who also led the closing meeting at the end of the session to present the audit results of all units examined over the two consecutive days.
The Vice Dean for Resources, Ventures, and General Administration of FMIPA UI, Prof. Dr. Tito Latif Indra, M.Si., who also served as the Chief Organizer and Management Representative (MR), emphasized that all involved units had made maximum preparations to ensure the smooth and successful execution of the audit process.
“We have carried out comprehensive preparation steps, ranging from updating documents to adjusting work procedures in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. The commitment of all elements at FMIPA UI is very high to maintain this certification as part of continuous efforts to improve service quality and institutional governance,” said Prof. Tito.
Furthermore, Prof. Tito also stated that the external audit on the second day would conclude with a meeting presenting the audit results from all units examined by the auditor over the two-day period.
“We are all certainly looking forward to the results and are optimistic that FMIPA UI will be able to maintain this certification,” he concluded.
This ISO 9001:2015 external audit is part of FMIPA UI’s commitment to implementing faculty governance that is effective, efficient, and oriented toward stakeholder satisfaction, including students, lecturers, staff, and institutional partners.
