UI Announces Best Graduates from Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences

The University of Indonesia has just held a series of Virtual Graduation Ceremonies for Odd Semester graduates of the 2021/2022 Academic Year.

The ceremony, led directly by UI Chancellor Prof. Ari Kuncoro, S.E, M.A, Ph.D., was held for 2 consecutive days, namely on Friday (25/2) for graduates of the Professional, Specialist, Masters, and Doctoral Programs, and on Saturday (26/2) for graduates of the Bachelor and Vocational Programs.

In the event, the best graduates were announced who succeeded in achieving cum laude predicate with the highest GPA from each Faculty, Vocational Education Program, and Postgraduate School (SIL & SKSG).

And here is a list of the names of graduates with cum laude predicate and the highest GPA from FMIPA UI:

Degree program :

  1. Budi Wiryadinata, S. Aktr., from the Actuarial Science Study Program, GPA 3.95
  2. Julio Majesty Rasjid, S. Si., from the Mathematics Study Program, GPA 3.91
  3. Adrianus Jan Felix, S. Aktr., from the Actuarial Science Study Program, GPA 3.91
  4. Jeremiah Marcel Eliasaputra, S., Aktr. from the Actuarial Science Study Program, GPA 3.89
  5. Marlen, S. Si., from Chemistry Study Program, GPA 3.88

Graduate program :

  1. Radifa Hilya Paradisa, M.Si., from the Mathematics Masters Study Program
  2. A Sayyidina Habibina, M. Si., from the Master of Physics Study Program
  3. Lukmanda Evan Lubis, from the Doctoral Program in Physics
  4. Ilham Prasetyo, from the Doctoral Program in Physics
  5. Windri Handayani, from the Biology Doctoral Study Program

The five graduates of the Postgraduate program managed to achieve a GPA of 4.

Dean of FMIPA UI, Dede Djuhana, Ph. D. congratulated all graduates for their success in pursuing their education at FMIPA UI.
Even though this semester’s graduation ceremony is still in a pandemic situation and must be carried out virtually, he assured the graduates that they are still able to achieve success with the knowledge they have gained during their studies.

“The most important thing is how in the future, all of you are able to contribute to the nation and state through innovation and various works amidst the changing world. FMIPA UI is always open to its alumni, both for socializing and collaborating”. Dede said.
