In connection with the completion of the term of office of the Dean of FMIPA UI (period 2017-2021), previously held by Prof. Dr.rer.nat. Abdul Haris and then continued by Dr. Rokhmatuloh, S.Si., M.Eng. as Acting Dean, the Academic Senate of the Faculty of MIPA UI formed the FMIPA UI Dean Candidate Selection Committee (PSCD) to hold the Dean Election for the period 2021-2025.
The establishment of the FMIPA UI Dean Candidate Selection Committee (PSCD) has been ratified through the Decree of the UI Chancellor number 1578/SK/R/UI/2021 dated September 15, 2021 concerning the establishment of the FMIPA UI Dean Candidate Selection Committee.
The members of the PSCD FMIPA UI consist of one representative from the university, the Chair of ILUNI FMIPA UI as a representative of ILUNI FMIPA UI, and five other members from the faculty proposed by the Faculty Academic Senate.
Currently, PSCD FMIPA UI, chaired by Dr. Endang Saepudin, is preparing a series of initial activities for the selection process by holding regular team meetings and coordinating with related parties.
In addition, the committee through the official channels of FMIPA UI has published a socialization poster to inform the public that the selection of prospective deans will be held. Based on the schedule of the series of PSCD FMIPA UI activities, the preparation and socialization stages will be carried out on September 20-24, 2021.
The socialization activity itself will be carried out online on Friday, September 24, 2021, inviting external and internal public because the selection of prospective candidates is open to the public.
The schedule for the entire series of activities for the Selection of Dean Candidates for FMIPA UI is as follows:
- 20 – 24 September 2021 : Persiapan PSCD & Sosialisasi
- 27 September – 8 Oktober 2021 : Pendaftaran
- 8 Oktober 2021 : Batas Unggah Dokumen Persyaratan
- 14 Oktober 2021 : Pengumuman Verifikasi Administrasi
- 15 – Oktober 2021 Asupan Publik
- 19 – 22 Oktober 2021 : Pemaparan Visi & Misi dihadapan public
- 25 – 27 Oktober 2021 : Wawancara dengan PSCD
- 29 Oktober 2021 : Pengumuman 5 Calon Dekan
- 1 – 30 November 2021 Assesment oleh Pimpinan UI
- 20 Desember 2021 : Pelantikan Dekan terpilih
