On Wednesday, September 16, 2015, a video conference (ViCon) was held at the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs of the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Kemristekdikti) for the 2015 Pertamina National Sports Week (OSN Pertamina) at the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs (Belmawa), Pertamina, the University of Indonesia, and partner universities. This event aimed to allow committee members from across Indonesia to communicate and interact simultaneously with the central committee in Jakarta. The video conference addressed various questions regarding the number of participants and reports on the readiness and challenges faced by each region in preparing for the 2015 Pertamina OSN.
The video conference was attended and officially opened by the Director General of Learning and Student Affairs, represented by the Director of Student Affairs and Career Preparation, Dr. Didin Wahidin, M.Pd. The ViCon was also attended by Pertamina representatives, namely Korfi Prita, the CSR Functional Representative, representing the CSR Manager, Agus Mashud, who was unable to attend. Also in attendance was the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, UI, Dr. xem bang do rer. nat. nat. Abdul Haris, Chairman of the 2015 Pertamina OSN Committee, Dr. Yasman and staff from the University of Indonesia.
