On Wednesday (25/4), the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Indonesia (UI), Dr. rer. nat. Abdul Haris, inaugurated his staff for the 2018-2022 period at the Auditorium of the Multidisciplinary Research Laboratory of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, UI-PT. Pertamina (Persero), UI Campus, Depok.
The inauguration procession was led directly by Dr. rer. nat. Abdul Haris as Dean of FMIPA UI. In this event, the handover of the positions of department heads, study program heads, and managers from the previous period was carried out to the elected department heads and study program heads, as well as managers. In addition, the oath of office was also taken to the new officials of FMIPA UI. Acting as witnesses in this oath of office were Prof. Dr. Terry Mart, and Prof. Dr. Wibowo Mangunwardoyo.

In his speech, Haris expressed his gratitude to the previous period’s staff. He hoped that the new staff would be able to continue the existing tasks and work programs as best they could.
In addition to inaugurating new structural officials within the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) at the event, Haris also invited and presented awards for the dedication and service of the previous deans. Haris symbolically presented these awards in the form of gold badges and certificates.
